Hello! Thank you for visiting our web site and for wanting to learn a little bit about me. I currently live in Sanford North Carolina. All of my close friends and Family call me Jim. My joy in life is my son James Jr. We call him Bo, he is 2 years old and quite a hand full. We have a dog named Walker who was a stray puppy that I just couldn't pass by. I enjoy many things, but at the top of my list: I enjoy the outdoors. Riding quads with friends, fishing, hunting, camping. and going to the lake. I've been all over the world. I was in the Army, serving with the 82nd Airborne for three years. I learned the true meaning of team work when I was 18 years old serving in Afghanistan, then a year later in Iraq.
Goals and ambitions are motivating and important in a person's life. My main goal in life is to become debt free with a steady income to enjoy my family to the fullest. I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life. But my biggest accomplishment: I made a great investment early. At nineteen years of age I was a homeowner. I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dream. The past five years since I have been out of the army I have been a Realtor.
